The fund raising committee is responsible for raising money needed to meet the PTA budget. This covers expenses such as Insurance, Publication, Copying, Classroom events, Enrichment Programs, Hospitality, Teacher Grants and Teacher Appreciation activities. Here are some easy ways to support our school.
Advertise with us Our Community Partners are encouraged to advertise in our directory published each Fall. Directory fees for advertising are considered a donation to the PTA and are tax deductible. We'll also place a link to you businesses on our website. Please click to see a schedule of fees.

Deadline for submissions will be Friday, September 23rd, 2011.
Donate! Please make your check payable to "HH-PTA," and drop it off at the office. If it is for a specific purpose (for example, Enrichment Programs or a classroom event), please note that on the check and so we can allocate it properly. If you or your spouse works for a company that has a matching program, dollars donated to our PTA qualify for matching funds. Check with your employer! Your donation is tax deductible, and our Federal Tax ID number is 91-1120640.

Fall Social Events: Back-to-School BBQ, Bake Sale and Raffle. Come celebrate with our New Families and our Fall Social on September 30th. Don't forget to pre-order your meal tickets by Friday September 23rd as these will not be sold at the event. Click and print out an Order Form due 9/23/11.
Collect Boxtops for Education and Labels for Education: Collect Boxtops and labels to be redeemed for school equipment or cash. Click here for info about collecting these labels.
Whenever you present your Jamba Juice's School Appreciation Card at purchase, Jamba
donates 10% of the proceeds to our PTA and 2% will go to National PTA. So get sippin’.
Popcorn: Get an Annual Pass and your child gets a bag of popcorn on Popcorn Days. Bags can still be purchased for 25¢ each without a pass. Download your Popcorn Pass Order Form and Volunteer to Help.
Walk-a-thon: Our fun, annual Walk-a-thon will be MAY 18th, 2012 from 3:30-5:30 pm on school grounds. There are numerous volunteer opportunities before, during and after the event. Stay tuned for how you can help.
Scholastic Book Fair: Weeklong event in the library September 23rd-30th. There are lots of volunteer opportunities including set-up, clean-up and sales.
