AUCTION HAS BEEN POSTPONED!
We appreciate the excitement and enthusiasm surrounding our auction! We are looking forward to hosting an exciting event, however at this time, we have decided to postpone our fundraising auction. In the face of the emergent COVID-19 issues and following with recommendations from the CDC and Washington State Department of Health, we are making a decision to postpone our auction. Your health and safety is our top priority and with that in mind, we would ask for your continued patience and support as the Auction Committee and PTA Board work to notify donors and ticket holders of this change and honor all commitments made in preparation of the auction.
The auction was our primary fundraiser for the year. While we plan to postpone the event and reschedule at a later date, our PTA does depend on the proceeds to fund our many programs including Art Docent, Enrichment, Field Trips, Staff Grants, STEM Fair, Marimba, Missoula Children’s Theatre and many more. We are hopeful to hold the event in the fall, but if you are so inclined to help fund our programs today, DONATE, and you can help ensure that we finish this start next year strong.
Please reach out to auctions@hhillpta.org to request your refund. If you wish to waive your refund and have it applied as a tax-deductible donation, we would be extremely grateful.
